At vape deliver, we provide an easy returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is unused and unopened.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!
Return Process: Please email us at info@vapedeliver.co.uk with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back, subject to returns approval.
Packaging: Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using suitable materials like old newspapers, but please avoid unsuitable options like old socks! Proper packaging helps ensure your return reaches us in good condition.
Return Postage: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return postage cost. Otherwise, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
