SHIPPING POLICY

At VapeDeliver (Zrks Trading Ltd) we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery charges

• Free next-day delivery on all UK orders over £30.
• A flat rate of £2.99 applies to UK orders under £30.

Dispatch times

• Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 4pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

• UK orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch via a tracked service.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of VapeDeliver.

Age verification

• We sell age-restricted products. All orders are subject to age verification, and we may require proof that the recipient is 18 or over. We do not sell to anyone under 18.
